THE PLAN
by the numbers

Since 2016, PLAN has stood for values-based brand management and responsible media planning.

In 2022, we expanded our service portfolio to include strategic brand consulting, and since then we have been consistently transforming the agency into a company with sustainability at its core.

The limited liability company is wholly owned by Christian Kaeßmann and is privately held.

The only media agency in Germany that has made sustainability a core part of its business.

The agency is headquartered in Munich. About half of our colleagues work remotely from various locations across Germany, such as the Allgäu, the Baltic Sea region, or the Rhineland.

We currently have 18 colleagues. But we’re always on the lookout for new passionate team members.

In the 2025/26 fiscal year, we generated total revenue of 10 million euros.
