PLAN was founded in March 2016 by Christian Kaeßmann with the intention of pursuing the media business with a value-based approach and not lining our pockets at the expense of our customers.
The GmbH is fully privately owned by Christian Kaeßmann.
The agency is headquartered in Munich, with around a third of all colleagues working from home across Germany, e.g. in Aachen, Rostock or Wuppertal.
We are currently 16 colleagues.
But we are constantly on the lookout for new people to join us.
In the 2023/24 financial year, we generated total sales of EUR 14.996 million.
